Privacy notice
For the Join the list box on this site. Updated 2 November 2026.
Who has your email
Larkforth (company being set up). Nobody else gets it. It is stored for us on Cloudflare's servers.
What we keep
Only your email address and the day you joined. Nothing else.
Why we keep it
To send you one email when Larkforth opens. We never share it or sell it. We don't use it for adverts. There is no tracking on this site.
Why we are allowed to keep it
Because you chose to join and said yes. The law calls this consent. You can change your mind at any time. Just use the Remove my email page.
How long we keep it
Until we send that one email. Then we delete it. If Larkforth has not opened by 2 November 2027, we delete the whole list anyway.
How to remove it
Go to Remove my email and type your email. We delete it straight away.
Questions
The only thing we hold about you is your email. To have it removed, use the Remove my email page. If you are under 13, please ask a parent or carer to join for you. If you are unhappy with how we use your email, you can tell the ICO, the UK's data watchdog, at ico.org.uk.
